Our products are handcrafted jewelry, often made to order and personalized according to each customer’s request.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur. These small differences are not considered defects but rather part of the uniqueness and beauty of handmade creations.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Atelier Mamoor cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or not in line with our shop policies.
5. Custom Jewelry
Most Atelier Mamoor jewelry pieces are custom-made or engraved upon request.
Once an order is confirmed and production begins, no changes or cancellations can be accepted, as each piece is individually crafted for you.
6. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT where required).
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Atelier Mamoor reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, orders will always be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely via credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other payment method available on the Site.
Your payment will be charged in full at the time your order is placed.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Atelier Mamoor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or force majeure events (such as strikes, natural disasters, or holidays).
9. Returns & Refunds
As stated in the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16) and the Romanian Consumer Protection Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products.
Therefore, personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.
