Shipping Policy – Atelier Mamoor

At Atelier Mamoor, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with love and care, often using breast milk or other personal inclusions provided by our customers.
Because of this unique process, our shipping policy includes two steps: the collection kit shipment and the final jewelry delivery.


1. Step 1 – Sending the Collection Kit

After placing your order, you will receive a collection kit within 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
This kit contains:

  • A sealed container for your sample

  • Detailed instructions

  • A prepaid return envelope to send your sample back to us safely

Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure your sample is properly preserved during transport.


2. Step 2 – Returning Your Sample

Once you have prepared your sample, simply place it in the prepaid envelope and drop it off at your local post office.
We strongly recommend doing this within 5 days after receiving the kit to ensure optimal quality of your sample.

Atelier Mamoor is not responsible for delays caused by late mailing or lost return envelopes, but we will always do our best to help if an issue occurs.


3. Step 3 – Jewelry Creation & Final Delivery

After we receive your sample, your personalized jewelry will be handcrafted within 2 to 4 weeks (depending on complexity).
Once completed, your unique piece will be securely packaged and shipped to your address.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

  • Romania: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your jewelry is on its way.


4. Shipping Fees

The cost of sending the initial collection kit and the return envelope is included in your order price.
You will not have to pay any extra shipping fee unless you request express delivery or a replacement kit.


5. Customs & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.
Atelier Mamoor cannot be held liable for delays or additional charges due to customs procedures.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your collection kit or final jewelry appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at
