Return & Refund Policy – Atelier Mamoor

At Atelier Mamoor, each piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted, often made to order and personalized especially for you.
We put great care into our creations and want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it.

1. Returns

According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made or personalized items,

  • products created specifically to your measurements, design, or engraving requests.

Therefore, all personalized or made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.

However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make things right.

2. Refunds (for defective or incorrect items)

If we confirm a manufacturing defect or an error on our part:

  • We will offer you an exchange or a full refund.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been worn.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us in this case.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 7 business days.

3. Items not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or made-to-order jewelry (engraved, customized, or specially crafted)

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products
